Hey, another nasty bout of broncitus to deal with. Happens every year. At least it'll be a cascade update, fixing outdated stuff on the other pages.
Now here's what is going on with the other sites: Since Broski Enterprises have been added in to RSC, activity has taken off for the whole site. I've noticed that the stat tracker shows that the average unique hits a day is over 1,000 a day; double of what it was before. Forums have taken off to a degree and now serve as a central method of communication for my stuff. I've updated the staff page as it's been a while since I touched the page and there's been a number of people brought on to RSC and the forums.
I'll be looking into reorganizing the IRC channel staff, as I need to fix stuff and add people on. Aside from that, I'll need to get stuff together for pages on Neko-Arc, as it just doesn't make too much sence to have the site named that and not have anything about her lol. Till next time!

This is more of a stealth update to the main page than anything, as I am going to look for a way to simplify updates, as this is starting to become a pain to do everything manually. Bah, enough about me, so here's what's going on with the site:
The phpBB3x forum install worked nominally, but it absolutely fails when using it from the phone. So, out it goes! When I have the time to do so, I'll be installing myBB along with a few mods to supplement the site and...the new gallery! I'm using Coppermine in the hopes to possibly bridge with myBB and give both a unified login for users; then again, it my separate into it's own site... How that will work out, I have no clue yet. In addition, I've added links for Casual Zelda Classic and a temp storage board for ZC Quests, wavs, midis, and a few other things. There is also a wiki entry for CZC for some basic information Feel free to take a look at it and if there's something off or missing, why not register an account and add to it?
Lastly, I'm looking for staff for the wiki, RSC, and the gallery. Requrements are as follows:
Wiki- Join and become an active contributor for new and present articles for more than one week, and if you're interested in becoming a SysOp, I'll consider
RockStarChan (janitors and mods)- be knowledgable and active in the sections you want to have control. Trials will be run for two weeks after a promotion, and said staff memeber doesn't do anything for their boards, thwy'll be booted off.
Gallery- be able to keep the sections clean of spam and be an active uploader.
Until I can get a centralized form of communication, applications can be brought through the wiki on my personal talk page, or through my email (look at the bottom and replace "nick" with "nekoarc"). For being a stealth update, I had quite a bit to talk about. ;-; Till the next update!

I would like to announce that we have a viable affiliate now, Aurora Anime It's an active messageboard focusing on the obvious along with RP forums. Feel free to check them out. Also, another site within their network worth checking out is Aurora-Chan, an imageboard ran by the same team that runs Aurora Anime. One of the more active boards I see there is /rp/. It's fun =^-^=
Since I've mentioned the chatroom at one point, I think I forgot to post the information! We're #NN-RSC on irc.deltaanime.net, please keep in mind it's a chatroom not only for the main site, but also for all the subsites that I keep going. I'm there from time to time, along with my bot Koto-chan. Just don't get on eclipseyue's nerves, he keeps the channel patrolled very well.
Well, with work, I'm kinda busy, so with my forums going fully live has been set back once again. Feel free to register an account and watch the board for updates. I'll eventually try to lern2frame so I can tie this page to a general announcement forum. Not only it'll save time, but various site updates/announcements can be posted in a timely manner. This may or may not be a cascade update for all the pages, so if a link or two don't work on a page or two, it's because I didn't have the time to do so. The next time around I should have a few new wallpapers up and a surprise or two...

On Friday the 9th, I logged into my stats info and saw that threshold bypassed. Thanks to any visitor that has come to this site, taken a look at the wallpapers, grabbed some music from Terror of Time, or has participated in the many discussions in RockStarChan.
Show's that here and RSC have gotten off to a strong restart, and with that, I'll be working on expanding the site. Since I had problems getting the forums installed last time I updated, I'll be trying again during this week. Along with that, I'll start transitioning the catgirl wallpapers into an actual image gallery. That will not only free up some time manually updating that page, but it'll also allow users to upload stuff they've found and possibly tag everything, too.
I'd also like to send greets to the following sites: Encyclopedia Dramatica, Aurora-Chan, /V/idya Reloaded, Xat, and others that do not come to mind. Got forums up with nothing running yet lol...

I forgot that hiragana does not work with urls. (d'oh!) Sorry to anyone trying to look at the Tsukihime wallpapers. It's fixed for now. Since there wasn't enough time to do so during the last update, the remaining tracks to Terror of Time are being uploaded today. To the furries trying to list my site on WikiFur and people impersonating me, please stop. It's annoying

With a new year comes new things, and today is no exception with the site. First up, I've gotten the the Tsukihime/Melty Blood wallpaper page up with around 20 wallpapers from Tsukihime. Next up is the re-release of Terror of Time; this time around, it has it's own page for individual track downloads and currently spans 60 tracks. The new wallpaper page is under Site Links and Terror of Time is under Projects. Along with that, I took the time to update all the site information across all the pages, along with cleaning up some html. Just a tiny update for the catgirl wallpaper page, as there's one new wallpaper and a few description updates.
Now for some random stuff... I was looking on WayBackMachine, and I found copies of the site dating back to late 2007. This was back when this site was starting out and I just used wakaba for the mainpage. I remember making a comment back then that after a while, my site was the #1 result on google for "nekoarc". Since the site went down earlier last year, other people have decided to use that name and wikis on Melty Blood popped up and my site listing is wavering between 33 and 35 lol. I did other searches relating to content on the site and I was surprised to see that if you do a search on "catgirl wallpapers", the respective page comes up 10th in the listings. I'll pull up site statistics when I have the chance to see how this place is doing.

This looks to be the last update to the main site for the year, so I'm gonna try to do what I can for it. I've got a 404 page set up so hopefully it'll redirect to a page along with a semi-random image. Hopefully, it works.
Next up is what's goin on with RockStarChan: it seems to me that things are coming along decently for being up for one week and now that it's in the need for new banners. There's a sticky in /b/ for contrabutions and reviews.
That's pretty much it this time, but hopefully by the next update, I'll have stuff on Tsukihime and Melty Blood up here and on the wiki. Until then, Have a Merry Christmas and CHEZBURGER DAY!
